We pride ourselves in the manufacture of high quality plastic containers. Many of our plastic containers are quality tested according to SABS and United Nations procedures.

Service

Our most important differentiator is our ability to deliver plastic bottles and drums on time, all the time. In order to achieve this we manufacture 20 000 plastic containers per day and we also carry significant stock of plastic bottles and plastic drums. Our delivery promise is within 72 hours of receipt of order.

Custom Mouldings

We are well known for our capability to design and manufacture plastic blow moulding and plastic injection moulding products. With our in-house plastic injection and blow moulding expertise we are able to design moulds to suit customer specific packaging requirements. Our extensive range of plastic blow moulding and plastic injection moulding machinery, together with our in-house tool making ability sets us apart from most plastic container manufacturers in South Africa.

Consumer Plastic Products

We have a wide range of plastic packaging containers available for consumer use. These include our 10 liter plastic watering can, our 10 liter and 25 liter plastic water containers which are ideal for household or outdoor water storage. These plastic water containers include an easy-to-use dispensing tap. Also included in our consumer product range is the 10 liter and 20 liter plastic container for fuel storage.

Collapsible Plastic Jerry Cans

Our collapsible range of plastic products is ideally suited to relief operations. The 10 liter and 20 liter plastic collapsible jerry can is manufactured from Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) and can be easily rolled up into a small bundle making it easy to transport to faraway places. Once unrolled it is a perfect plastic container for emergency supply of water. Our plastic collapsible jerry cans are UNHCR and UNICEF approved.
